- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and engineers, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Stay Current with AI Advancements: Stay current with the latest advancements in AI research and development, applying new knowledge to improve AI solutions.
- Mentor and Guide Junior Team Members: Mentor and guide junior AI engineers and developers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Communicate Complex Technical Concepts: Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or a related role, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying successful AI solutions.
- Expertise: Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning.
- Technical Skills: Experience with deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, and excellent programming skills in Python and other relevant languages.
- Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Data Management: Strong understanding of data management, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for AI and its potential to solve real-world problems.
