Your Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales Strategy: Identify and develop relationships with decision-makers, utilizing cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.
- Account Management & Growth: Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing customized IT staffing and outsourcing solutions.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects and clients using CRM software, tracking sales KPIs and performance goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, software development, SaaS, or staffing.
- Strong ability to conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and generate high-quality leads.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with business decision-makers (C-Level, Directors, and IT Managers).
