Rivka Development seeks an experienced Real Estate IT Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading real estate-related technology projects, including new office builds, relocations, and infrastructure refreshes.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience as a Tech Program Manager or Project Manager handling multiple projects and budgets in enterprise settings. They will also have strong expertise in project governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment with business objectives. Experience with MS Office Suite, Zoom, and ServiceNow is essential for this role.
We require a bilingual candidate with minimum B2 CEFR level in both verbal and written communication. A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is also necessary.
