Key Responsibilities- Manage application layer security by administering the Web Application Firewall (WAF) and its configuration.
- Collaborate with other security teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Monitor and analyze generated events and alerts to ensure observability of the WAF.
- Identify areas for improvement in information security and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Previous experience in managing and configuring a WAF.
- Experience with public clouds such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Knowledge of implementing and managing defensive security tools.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex security problems.
- Knowledge of network security and security operations.
- Written and spoken English.
