As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our projects by tracking deliverables, maintaining timelines, and facilitating clear communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Project Tracking & Reporting: Monitor progress against project timelines and ensure all deliverables are on track.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and status updates.
- Support to Leadership: Serve as backup to the Deputy Project Manager and PMO Manager, ensuring smooth project execution in their absence.
- Facilitation of Meetings: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes to keep teams aligned and informed.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Monitor adherence to project management standards and best practices (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients, fostering collaboration and transparency.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
- 2+ years of experience in a team lead capacity is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Iterative project management methodologies.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and performance. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonuses or incentives based on business needs.
