We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Shop Manager and Wine Connoisseur to join our team at Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of our Farm Shop Norte.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct sales, marketing, and customer service activities to drive retail sales and enhance customer experience.
- Analyze market conditions and trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Gather customer information to determine customer needs and preferences.
- Lead and train the team to provide excellent customer service and guest experience.
- Represent the organization in external relations and resolve customer complaints or problems.
Requirements:
