Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of storage, distribution of materials and products, ensuring efficient administration.
Key Responsibilities- Customs: Coordinate logistics of importation, perform cost calculations and customs classifications.
- Purchases: Coordinate and track national and international purchase orders, maintain contact with dispatchers, suppliers, and clients.
- Logistics: Dispatch through shipments, emission and control of shipments, supervision of dispatch routes. Emission of purchase orders, control of purchase order reporting. Emission of KPIs for purchases and logistics. Review of general inventory and backlog, closing inventory reports. Analyze and process sales notes, validating that documents are correct, according to established procedures. Coordinate the reception, storage, and distribution of materials and products. Manage delivery requests, according to projections and forecasting.
- Professional studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade or related fields.
- +2 years in related roles.
- Knowledge of the supply chain in general, including customs, purchases, logistics, and storage.
- Intermediate level of English (will be evaluated).
- Intermediate level of Excel (will be evaluated).
