Financial Operations Coordinator

Location: Remote

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will have a strong aptitude for numbers and excellent analytical skills.

This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in accounting and finance, with opportunities to learn and grow within the company.

The salary for this position is estimated at $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

We are looking for a motivated and efficient individual to assist with daily administrative and accounting tasks. This includes:

• Assisting with accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Entering financial transactions into accounting software.
• Reconciling bank statements and monitoring cash flow.
• Preparing financial reports and summaries.

In addition, the successful candidate will support budgeting and forecasting activities, maintain organized records and filing systems, and possess strong mathematical and analytical skills.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and software.

You should also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting programs, have excellent organizational and time-management abilities, and attention to detail and accuracy.
