Your Role:
- Oversee the day-to-day production and delivery of our Firm's invoicing to clients
- Develop and maintain positive working relations with Attorneys, Professional & Business Services (PBS), and client personnel
- Suggest process improvements and provide reports to senior leadership
- Recruit, onboard, and train team members
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements related to billing processes
