Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will analyze product and production systems to ensure compliance with customer and contractual requirements through established reliability factors. You will design, recommend revisions, and install quality control systems, develop analytical methods for establishing product reliability, and conduct analysis on relative reliability with regards to cost, structure, weight, maintainability, facility of production, and availability of materials and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordination of material inspection priorities across shifts.
- Manage and investigate Non-Conformance (NC) for nonconforming material.
- Reduce the backlog of received materials.
- Management of the Material Review Board (MRB).
- First Article Inspection (FAI) evaluation.
- Investigation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and implementation of corrective actions.
- Participate in tasks assigned by the Quality Manager related to the Quality Management System.
- Support internal audits and management review processes.
- Knowledge of NCMRs/CARs.
- Skills - Working under pressure.
- Abilities - Comprehension and understanding of information and ideas.
- Language: Bilingual English (Intermediate)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office. Excel and Word intermediate mainly.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Proficient in geometry, fractions, percentages, ratios, and measurements.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management/organization skills, applied in a pressured environment.
