About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Revit Expert for a high-level interior design company in the US. You will be responsible for creating detailed documentation for interior design projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Revit models for interior design projects, focusing on accurate and detailed documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Generate and revise technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
  • Prepare and maintain an organized library of Revit families and templates for efficient project execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest Revit software updates and incorporate best practices into the design process.
  • Coordinate with project managers to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Develop photorealistic renderings of interiors using specialized software.
  • Design engaging client presentations that showcase your skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • A self-sufficient individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Revit, CAD, BIM360, and Photoshop.
  • Able to produce 3D views from Revit and render images using Enscape or other similar software.
  • Vast experience in Revit for interior design documentation, particularly for large-scale projects such as hotels and towers.
  • Experience working on hospitality or multi-family projects.
  • Expertise in creating custom Revit families and templates.
  • Ability to use Photoshop to enhance and finalize rendered images.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
