Job Description
The Regional Demand and Cash Delivery Head will be responsible for all operational aspects of the Demand to Cash function out of the GBS Center. This includes raw material management, supply planning, road hub, customer care support office, and credit management and account receivable.
The successful candidate will lead all process teams and report directly to the Head of Delivery Center. They will work closely with divisional regional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Main Responsibilities
- Solution performance and improvement management: monitor Demand to Cash delivery performance against operational targets and resolve gaps.
- Process improvement opportunities: identify and act on opportunities to improve processes in collaboration with Delivery Center Head.
- Operational issues: resolve through root cause analysis and mitigation actions.
- Compliance: monitor compliance of service delivery with process documentation.
- People management: lead Demand to Cash Delivery teams in the GBS Center.
- Performance review: perform goal setting and performance review for department heads.
- Hiring and replacement: plan and support hiring and replacement decisions and retention measures.
- Training plans: plan and coordinate people development activities and set training plans.
- Delivery Center projects: manage Delivery Center projects and engagement with Local LT.
- Optimum operational structure: review and recommend optimum operational structure of the team to meet organizational needs.
- Governance and stakeholder management: escalate process/system issues and questions and support Global Solution Owners in preparing and accomplishing tactical governance agreement on markets and sites.
- Budget management: monitor and control functional budget and ensure delivering agreed budget and targets.
