Job Overview

We are currently recruiting a highly skilled Compliance Consultant to join our Information Security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that AlfaSystems' Information Security Management System (ISMS) meets the required standards and regulations.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves conducting regular security audits, assessing risks, and implementing controls to mitigate those risks. You will work closely with the Information Security team to ensure that our ISMS policies, procedures, and processes are up-to-date and effective. Additionally, you will contribute to the planning of internal, external, and client audit requirements, including the collection of evidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Information Security team to ensure Alfa's ISMS is compliant with ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 27018:2019.
• Conduct physical security audits to ensure operational locations are compliant.
• Contribute to the completeness of security questionnaires for existing and prospective clients.
• Develop improvement plans from continuous internal IT security audits and threat modelling exercises.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A Bachelor's degree from a top university.
• An Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification or equivalent.
• Good knowledge and experience of SOC 1 and SOC 2 examination and attestation requirements.
• Experience with both internal and external IT assurance projects/engagements.
