Sobre el Trabajo:

El asistente de servicio al cliente por teléfono es una figura fundamental en nuestra organización, ya que se encarga de manejar llamadas y entrevistas relacionadas con servicios gubernamentales, reclamos de seguro y emergencias. Es crucial que tengas experiencia en la industria del servicio al cliente y una sólida comprensión de las necesidades de los clientes.

Requisitos:

  • Tener un título secundario o equivalente.
  • Habilidad para comunicarse efectivamente en inglés a nivel C1 o superior.
  • Tener acceso a una conexión a Internet de alta velocidad con un mínimo de 10 Mbps.
  • Tener acceso a un espacio tranquilo para trabajar.

Ingresos:

Estamos dispuestos a ofrecer un salario competitivo de $45,000 - $60,000 al año, dependiendo de tu experiencia y habilidades.
