Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Resilience Technology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Cyber Resilience function, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and continuity of our systems and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Cyber Resilience Architecture: Maintain and evolve our Cyber Resilience Architecture, ensuring it remains aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver Cyber Resilience activities and projects, providing guidance and oversight as needed.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 27001, ISO22301, and NIST Cyber Security Framework.
- Threat Intelligence and Research: Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, identifying opportunities for enhancement and mitigation.
- Security Tooling and Management: Develop, recommend, and integrate security tools, ensuring they are properly configured and managed.
- Cyber Resilience Monitoring and Alerting: Support the monitoring and alerting of Cyber Resilience-related KPIs and KRIs.
- Vulnerability and Change Management: Participate in vulnerability and change management processes, ensuring they are aligned with Cyber Resilience goals.
- Cyber Resilience Incident Management: Support incident management and investigations, leveraging expertise in networks, operating systems, and security tools.
- Regulatory Reviews and Audits: Support regulatory reviews and audits, working closely with the Risk and Compliance team.
- Information Security Awareness and Training: Participate in information security awareness and training activities, promoting a culture of security within the organization.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Cyber Security and Business Continuity technology functions.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Cyber Resilience principles, cloud architectures, and related standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Ruby, PowerShell, and Bash.
