Main Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Renewal team to develop, review, and implement strategies to improve renewal rates, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, explaining complex technical information clearly and concisely.
Necessary Skills and Experience:
- Advanced level of English for effective communication.
- More than 4 years of experience in customer success operations, with a strong understanding of data integration and management principles.
- Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools, as well as experience with workflow automation and campaign management.
- Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly and concisely.
- Experience creating enablement materials and presenting information to groups, with a focus on training and process improvement.
