We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and providing expert advice on contract-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and Negotiate Contracts: Develop and review contracts, including client contracts, partnership agreements, and employment contracts, to ensure they align with our business objectives and legal standards.
  • Provide Legal Advice: Offer expert guidance on contract-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contract Management: Assist in developing and maintaining standard contract templates and legal documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand their needs and provide legal guidance that aligns with company goals.
  • Research and Development: Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legal trends and developments.
  • Dispute Resolution: Support the resolution of contract disputes and issues as they arise.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with general legal administrative tasks and documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least +3 years of experience in contract law, preferably in a startup or corporate environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
  • Contract Law Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology in the USA.
  • Drafting and Negotiation Skills: Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Research Skills: Proficiency with legal research tools and software.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
