Senior Digital Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team at MRM.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple digital marketing projects from kickoff to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, QA, User Experience, content, performance/analytics, and facilitate effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in project management or service management within a professional services company. They should possess advanced knowledge of web technologies, including user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management, and hosting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Develop project scope documents and timetables/action plans, budget plans, resource allocations
  • Lead projects with cross-functional teams
  • Interact and collaborate efficiently with clients, partners, stakeholders, and multifunctional teams
  • Identify project resource requirements and facilitate staffing
  • Coordinate asset deliveries with partners, client, and internal teams
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3-6 years experience in project management or service management within a professional services company
  • Agency or client-side experience
  • Intermediate MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet, Egnyte, Jira, Trello, Notion, Monday) experience
  • Deep knowledge of web and related technologies
  • Experience defining the scope of new products and features, communicating requirements and dependencies, and proactively identifying project bottlenecks
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, certifications in this regard is a plus
  • Advanced level of English (oral and written)
