Project Manager Role at The Design Release

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at The Design Release. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects across various disciplines, including architecture, interior design, exhibition design, web design, and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Scope and Objectives: Define and determine project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
  • Negotiations and Contracts: Assist with negotiating fees and contracts, ensuring fair and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Project Presentations: Assist in preparing project presentations, showcasing our work and expertise to clients and stakeholders.
  • Client Relationships: Foster and maintain collaborative professional relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Project Management: Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Resource Management: Predict and manage resources needed to reach project objectives, ensuring effective and efficient use of personnel and materials.
  • Budgeting and Cost Management: Prepare and track project budgets, ensuring costs are aligned with scope and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular project updates to various stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
  • Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Industry Best Practices: Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution, ensuring high-quality results.
