Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop targeted training programs that address specific business needs and skill gaps">

  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and track training completion and engagement metrics">
  • Support internal mobility initiatives by promoting career growth opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams">

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on designing and delivering impactful learning experiences">
  • Proven ability to analyze business needs and develop targeted training programs">
  • Strong skills in program design, training content curation, and development">
  • Experience working with LMS platforms and educational technologies">
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills">
  • Digitally savvy, with proficiency in tools such as Google Suite and LMS platforms">
