We are in search of a committed, dynamic, and proactive treasury analyst to become part of our vibrant team. The essence of this role revolves around financial management and making informed decisions regarding fund allocation.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, implement, and support treasury functions such as cash allocation, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, closing processes, and bill payments. Contribute to operational excellence by identifying and resolving issues with banking partners. Engage in decision-making processes related to financial resources. Conduct bank reconciliations. Negotiate with banks and maintain relationships with banking institutions and cash transport services. Participate in various enhancement initiatives.Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an advanced student in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable treasury or accounting position within the financial services sector (preferred). Candidates should possess an intermediate to advanced level of English proficiency and advanced skills in Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus. Strong planning, communication, and organizational abilities are essential. This role offers significant learning and growth opportunities, including the chance to develop negotiation skills and engage with a variety of individuals.Benefits
