Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Takeoff Specialist to join our team. As a Takeoff Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing construction blueprints and quantifying materials, demolition areas, and other project elements. You will work closely with our estimating team to ensure accurate project scoping and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze construction blueprints to identify the scope of work.
• Use takeoff software to markup blueprints and quantify materials and other project elements.
• Prepare reports for the estimating team summarizing takeoff details.
• Maintain organized records of quantities, measurements, and scope details.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in construction blueprint markup software (Procore Estimating, BlueBeam Revu, or similar).
• Strong English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple takeoffs simultaneously.
