About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Business Developer to join our team in Barcelona.

\

This is an excellent chance for you to start your career in business development with a comprehensive relocation package, including flight and accommodation support.

As a Junior Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and providing impactful digital advertising solutions to businesses across EMEA.

\

You will work closely with our collaborative Business Development team, gaining valuable experience and helping clients achieve their growth goals.

The Ideal Candidate

  • \
  • You have C1/C2 German language skills and a good command of English (B2).\
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in sales, advertising, or business development, preferably in a tech or digital environment.\
  • You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong interest in tech and digital marketing.\
  • You hold EU citizenship or a valid Spanish residence permit.\
  • Your salary will be around €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.\
  • You will also receive a competitive performance bonus structure, allowing you to grow your earnings as you succeed.\
  • Our hybrid work model offers flexibility, with three days remote work and two days in a modern, sea-view office.\
