In this role, you will work closely with patients to identify and resolve connectivity issues, provide clear instructions on how to set up their home monitors, and maintain accurate records via our company platform.
Primary Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop personalized solutions.
- Communicate effectively with patients over the phone or through other channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate equipment deliveries and ensure seamless patient experiences.

- Proficient English speaker (B2+ or C1 level).
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
