Job Summary
Aquiva Labs is seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our Engineering team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user stories for inaccuracies or missing details.
- Develop comprehensive test cases for user stories.
- Perform manual testing using test cases to verify if the functionality aligns with the story description.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management.
- Engage with product owners to clarify implementation details and business requirements.
- Communicate effectively with developers regarding identified issues.
Requirements
- Proficient in English, both written and oral, with the ability to conduct technical interviews in English.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a manual QA analyst.
- Basic programming skills.
- Proven experience in testing APIs.
- Experience in testing web-based projects and applications.
Desirable Qualifications
- Salesforce knowledge and packaging.
- ISTQB certification.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field.
- Knowledge of automating basic test cases using Selenium WebDriver (Java/JavaScript binding) to reduce manual effort in the future.
- Experience in automating various testing types, including UI, API, and load testing.
