This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take ownership of their role, develop passionate and committed housekeeping associates, and practice open communication with other departments.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining high standards, taking ownership to resolve problems, and reporting to the Executive Housekeeper.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure rooms prepared are up to brand standards, creating exceptional experiences among our guests.
- Provide effective supervision and training to develop passionate and committed Housekeeping associates.
- Practice open communication with other departments and within the department to ensure a smooth working process.
- Maintain the condition and stock of Housekeeping equipment/materials and hotel linens.
- Take ownership to resolve problems and complaints effectively and report to the Executive Housekeeper.
