We seek an experienced Senior Accounting Analyst to join our team at JoyFlux Studios. This individual will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting services to local offices while ensuring adherence to our global policies and standard procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely journal entries in SAP for assigned entities/regions.
- Manage account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Ensure seamless execution of period-end activities in accordance with established financial close schedules.
- Offer expert guidance to In-Market teams and execute necessary accounting adjustments.
- Promote effective collaboration between internal teams to ensure smooth financial audit processes.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
- Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Certifications: CPA or equivalent; SAP expertise is a significant plus.
- Professional experience: Relevant experience in professional services or shared service centers.
- Linguistic proficiency: Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically.
- Business acumen: In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and general accounting principles.
