We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional who can lead our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of eCommerce financial metrics, including CAC, LTV, ad spend attribution, conversion rates, and churn.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Team to analyze customer acquisition costs, pricing strategies, and promotional ROI. They will also partner with the Operations Team to optimize supply chain costs, vendor negotiations, and inventory management.
