Job Overview:
NeoWork is seeking a skilled RevOps Associate to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the systems, tools, and processes that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the maintenance and optimization of RevOps systems and tools, including Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and sales engagement tools.
- Develop and maintain documentation for RevOps processes and procedures to ensure clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.

Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and CX teams to align processes and tools with business objectives.
- Assist in onboarding new team members by providing training on RevOps tools and processes.

Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in an operational or administrative role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
