Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to customers using our Digital Implementation and Signoff tools.

Your primary focus will be on working closely with customers to bring up flows at advanced nodes, addressing challenges related to power, performance, and area (PPA) in various markets such as datacenter, machine learning/artificial intelligence, networking, and processors.

  • Work with customers in one or more of the following areas: Synthesis, Place and Route, timing, and power signoff.
  • Understand and promote Cadence flow solutions in 3DIC implementation and ML/AI-based implementation.
  • Drive technical evaluations/benchmarks, present results, and deliver Cadence solution implementations.
  • Support adoption and proliferation at existing customers (on/offsite), contributing to business growth for our digital implementation tools, including Genus, Innovus, Tempus, or Fusion Compiler, ICC2, and Primetime.
  • Collaborate with R&D on tools and methodology improvements.
  • Create and contribute technical content for Cadence Online Support.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree with at least 3-6 years of experience in design/EDA or Master's degree with at least 4 years of experience. A Master's degree is preferred.
  2. Strong knowledge of Digital Design Fundamentals, Semiconductor fundamentals, and Static Timing Analysis is required.
  3. Prior experience with ASIC digital implementation flows and EDA tools, from RTL to GDSII; experience with advanced nodes (7nm and below) is preferred.
  4. Proficiency in a scripting language such as TCL, Perl, or Python.
  5. Excellent customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
  6. A strong drive for continuous learning and expanding professional skill sets.
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $140,000-$160,000, depending on location and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
