Accounting Senior Expert Role

This position involves responsibility for a wide range of accounting tasks, including financial analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Accounting Team Lead/Accounting Supervisor in coordinating certain critical/sensitive accounting tasks.
  2. Analyze and document business processes and problems, developing solutions to enhance efficiency.
  3. Prepare and update Standing Operating Procedures and Desktop Procedures at least twice a year.
  4. Complete Key performance indicators timely and accurately.
Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis and statistics, with ability to manage a team with significant expertise.
  • Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and continuous improvement mindset for process improvements.
