Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a director of solution consulting and sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, managing pipelines, workloads, and budgets, and coaching your team to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of solution consultants who partner with sales representatives to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute strategies to support the overall sales strategy
  • Manage multiple priorities and develop effective internal business relationships with other leaders

Requirements

  • 7+ years combined successful commissioned sales experience and sales management experience
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience collaborating with product and technology teams to provide insights to customer-centric solutions
