Dialysis Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at TRC Total Renal Care Inc. as a Float Patient Care Technician. As a key member of our dialysis team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients with end-stage renal disease.

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
• Conduct patient observations, measure and record vital signs, and perform dialysis machine setup
• Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including technicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Desire to enter the healthcare field and care for others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
