As a Yard Dispatcher 1 1, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of material dispatch and consumption, factoring in the return of surplus stock to the system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing material balances for each client, equipment, and well, using Excel format, and factoring in material consumption and returns to stock.
- Receiving and processing Net Invoicing service returns in virtual warehouses.
- Loading balance data to the billing site and serving as a liaison between departments.
- Maintaining Net Invoicing service indicators, completing required information, and proposing improvements.
