About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Monks. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, illustration, and animation, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution and minimizing delays.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, translating these into project plans and deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on project financials, including burn reports and budget tracking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Asana, Trello, or similar.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
