Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the efficient and productive management of our operations, ensuring seamless execution across all departments.
- Brand Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy across all channels, with a focus on Amazon FBA and Shopify.
- E-commerce Platform Management: Manage and optimize our presence on Amazon and Shopify, including product listings, A+ content, BSR, and advertising campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and work with our content and social media manager to ensure our online presence is growing.
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce operations and brand management, preferably in Amazon FBA and Shopify.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and social media marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
