Italian Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
About the Role:
- Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
- Citizenship in EU or valid work permit.
- Fluent Italian language skills (C1/C2 level or native speaker).
- Good knowledge of English language (B2 level).
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
