About The Job
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Director of Operations to join their team. As a key member of their leadership group, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and successful new market launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Oversee a team of 4-5 internal operations staff and contractors, providing regular feedback and fostering team growth.
- Client Success & Client Expansion: Find ways to creatively increase revenue and profits, proactively ensuring that our client creates fantastic relationships with its clients.
- Merchandiser Success: Screen and/or interview potential merchandisers, ensuring satisfaction through frequent 1-on-1s and coaching to work faster and more effectively.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in operations management, ideally in a startup or small business environment.
- Startup Mindset: Demonstrated ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced environments where multitasking and problem-solving are key.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology, multiple tools and systems, fast on computers, and adept at managing complex workflows.
