We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Communication Backbone specialist to join our team at JPMorgan Chase. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing communication systems for the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and deploy large-scale SIP deployments utilizing SBCs, preferably Ribbon SBC and PSX.
- Implement SIP troubleshooting using Wireshark and other VoIP analyzer tools.
- Develop intermediate experience with TLS/MTLS/SRTP system integrations.
- Gain knowledge of ISDN and IP/SIP trunking with telco providers.
- Beginner experience with Cisco or Genesys or any industry leading voice platforms.
- Understand SIPREC call recording and deploying communication systems into Cloud Technologies (preferably AWS).
