Job Summary:

The Phone Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full cycle of the recruiting process, with a focus on high-volume candidate sourcing and outreach. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to source and recruit candidates for various positions.
  2. Candidate Qualification: Screen and qualify candidates through phone interviews to assess their suitability for open roles.
  3. Candidate Management: Manage and maintain a candidate database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.
  4. Hiring Manager Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure candidates meet the necessary qualifications.
  5. Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Candidate Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
  7. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly recruiting goals.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Proven experience in phone-based sales, recruiting, or high-volume outreach.
  2. Language Skills: Fluency in English is required (both spoken and written).
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  5. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Technical Skills: Proficiency in email and phone communication.
