You will lead our product strategy for FinanceBuzz, serving over 3 million visitors monthly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product requirements and KPIs with stakeholders, designers, analysts, and engineers.
  • Collaborate on research and analysis, ideation, planning, execution, deployment, and iteration.
  • Create and maintain the product backlog.
  • Determine priority and business value of initiatives.
  • Work with engineering and design resources on sprint planning, daily standup meetings, retrospectives, resource allocation, and project management.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop new ideas and tests to improve user experience.
  • Assess new opportunities using market and competitive analysis, business goals, and technology capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with internal-facing products ownership (Content Management Systems, AdTech, etc).
  • Proven success in delivering technology products in high-growth environments.
  • Experience with multivariate testing and revenue optimization.
  • Data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis skills with data analysis tools.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities and show strong judgment in prioritization.
