As a part of our management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the success of our Hooks & Hangers stores.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Retail Manager.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong focus on leadership, problem-solving, and customer service.

  • Salary: $19.07/hour
  • Job Type: Part-Time/Non-Exempt
  • Location: Hooks and Hangers Store, La Plata

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining store operating procedures, and driving revenue growth through creative and administrative strategies.

You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized store environment, build staff morale, and make timely decisions based on the needs of the store.

Additionally, you will assist in providing store coverage for multiple locations as needed outside of normally scheduled hours.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise staff and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
  • Maintain store operating procedures and implement changes as needed
  • Drive revenue growth through creative and administrative strategies
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Build staff morale and positive teamwork

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
  • Experience working with disabled adults preferred
  • Supervisory Experience
  • Basic Computer Skills
