Job Description

C&S Informática S.A. is seeking a highly skilled Semi-Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing solutions that follow best practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement code and release management strategies.
  • Focus on automation to improve efficiency and delivery times.
  • Partner with the product team to explain technical scenarios in plain language and collaborate on product vision and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to estimate, prioritize, and plan work items for sprints and iterations.
  • Work with development and QA teams to establish and maintain standards for quality and delivery time.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach junior team members.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in DevOps activities supporting CI/CD delivery using code management, orchestration management, and automation tools.
  • 2+ years of Cloud Administration experience.
  • Multi-system integration using industry standards such as REST, API, JSON, SOAP.
  • Experience with multi-tier system and service design and implementation for large enterprises.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform and ARM Templates), Code Management tools (Git / GitHub / Azure DevOps), Release Management tools (Azure DevOps mostly).
  • At least one programming/scripting language (PowerShell, Python, Bash, .net).
  • Serverless / containerized solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalency (CS, CE, CIS, IS, MIS, or engineering discipline).
  • 2+ years of Kubernetes Administration and Development Experience.
  • Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
  • Helm Charts and Kustomize.
  • Ingress Controllers, Admission Controllers.
  • Operators and Controllers.
  • Auto-Scale (HPA, KEDA).
  • GitOps.
  • 2+ years Docker Containers, Registries and Containers Runtimes.
  • 1+ years Microservices Architecture and Solution Design for Kubernetes.
