About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oral Care Specialist to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for influencing, building, and demanding generation with dental professionals to make Colgate oral care products and Colgate professional products an integral part of their practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement a dental visit plan in the assigned territory, providing information that supports the action of the products driving recommendations.
- Provide service and attention towards the needs of the dentist, supplying requested materials (posters – brochures).
- Distribute product samples and information for both personal and patient use.
- Anticipate, identify, and report new trends in the market or competitive strategies.
- Advise the pharmacy on the appropriate assortment of Colgate-Palmolive products.
- Build and train pharmacy employees on the benefits of our products, providing free samples of new products when necessary.
- Communicate and explain the offers available for the channel in each pharmacy visited, using explanatory brochures or similar materials.
Requirements
- Graduation in Dentistry
- At least 1 year of experience in similar positions or in the commercial area.
- Experience in oral health or as a pharmaceutical agent.
- Intermediate English level.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Availability to travel around 25% of the working time.
- Own car (Important: the car must be less than 10 years old, model 2015 or newer) and active driver's license.
- Live in Buenos Aires, Argentina or the surrounding north area (no more than 50 km around).
