We seek a Creative Director with at least 3 years of experience leading creative teams in branding and marketing agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on visual identity, concept development, and strategic design to ensure effective design concepts aligned with our clients' vision.

The role involves managing teams of dynamic, creative graphic design professionals, making decisions based on strategy effectiveness, execution, and impact. In this position, you will also work to ensure that our brand and marketing design concepts are translated effectively across various media channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of compelling, on-brand, and on-strategy creative work for assigned clients.
  • Oversee all design projects from concept through delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including marketing executives, user experience directors, and technical teams.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of creative work across all touchpoints of the brand.
  • Mentor and guide an international team of Art Directors and Designers, providing ongoing feedback and fostering their growth.
  • Actively participate in new business development efforts, leading creative teams and developing client response materials.
  • Work closely with client managers, project managers, and other senior creatives to deliver outstanding solutions.
  • Develop and maintain an active list of creative contractor resources.
  • Take ownership of entire projects, providing strong leadership and direction while interfacing with clients and a wide team of creatives and designers.
