About the Role

We seek an experienced Senior Strategist to collaborate with some of the world's most recognizable brands and companies.

The ideal candidate will create impactful, integrated, and measurable strategic platforms. They will be thought leaders who can effectively present data-driven insights to drive innovation. The successful candidate will uncover cultural trends and surface meaningful opportunities for brands that address human problems as much as they solve business challenges.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling strategic proposals and ensure they meet agency standards.
  • Identify patterns and trends to inform key insights.
  • Craft briefs that unlock creative potential and inspire the creative teams.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver client projects flawlessly.
  • Work with data analysts to incorporate customer and campaign analytics.
  • Forecast, report, and optimize data to inform concepts, ideas, and plans.
  • Partner with creative concept teams to execute strategies for clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients while deepening their knowledge of interactive marketing.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Manages diverse projects simultaneously.
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with interactive environments.
  • Experience with CRM, direct marketing, and integrated communications.
  • Crafts creative briefs and collaborates with creative teams.
  • Leads research design for both quantitative and qualitative studies.
  • Has worked with specialized research practices, such as ethnography and usability.
  • Understands database and segmentation strategies.
  • Naturally curious with a growth mindset.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Proactive approach to solving problems.

You bring

  • Years of planning or strategy experience at an agency and/or working with developing insights, leading cultural trends, and driving big ideas for interactive platforms & campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Communication, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proficiency in English (Written & Verbal)
