About the Role
In this critical position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cutting-edge technology solutions that meet customer needs. Your primary objective will be to ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and with successful deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between the business community and IT organization to provide technical solutions that meet user needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization, manage changes to such specifications, and educate the IT organization on the direction of the business.
- Gather information about the organization's work processes and information flows.
- Document existing processes in technical model format to evaluate and define new IT solutions and implementation processes.
- Possess an understanding of technological trends and use this knowledge to bring solutions to business groups supported to enhance the enterprise's competitive edge.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years of IT experience.
- A degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience with analysis and managing databases.
- Ability to communicate and evangelize concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs, and CI/CD.
- Experience in web applications performance troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated experience in DevOps methodology.
- Hands-on experience in Kubernetes cluster infrastructure, as well as Ansible, Terraform, Rancher, and Prometheus/Grafana.
- Proven ability to understand business and contribute to technology direction that drives measurable business improvements.
- Excellent decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model.
- Advanced English level is required.
