The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation strategy, salary structures, and performance management programs, as well as excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement compensation plans that align with business objectives and reward high-performing employees.
- Analyze market data and trends to inform compensation decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR managers and executive leaders.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop tailored solutions to meet clients' compensation needs.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, Management or Psychology.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in management consulting or compensation and benefits, human resources, with strong project management experience.
- Excellent analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and a strong background in Excel and data management.
- Advance English proficiency and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A growth mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
