Job Description
  • Develop strong relationships with strategic partners, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders across LATAM.
  • Provide expert legal guidance on compliance with Argentina and regional regulations.
  • Monitor and assess regulatory changes, ensuring operations remain compliant with regulatory bodies.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure company interests are protected.
  • Lead legal support for expansion plans across LATAM, providing regulatory analysis and guidance.
Key Requirements
  • Prior experience in the payments industry and with companies regulated by the BCRA.
  • Regulatory knowledge of Argentine and LATAM frameworks, particularly in relation to payments.
  • Commercial focus and ability to balance regulatory compliance with business objectives.
  • Language skills: fluency in English and Spanish.
