Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled Senior Consultant specializing in technical migration, upgrades, and conversions to S4HANA. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in SAP technology and architecture, along with proven experience in managing intricate migration and upgrade initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Steer and manage technical migration, upgrade, and conversion projects to S4HANA, ensuring successful execution within defined scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and project managers, to establish project requirements, devise technical solutions, and offer guidance on best practices.
  • Perform system evaluations and assessments to pinpoint potential risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities throughout the migration and upgrade processes.
  • Formulate and implement migration strategies, encompassing data migration, system configuration, and testing, to guarantee a seamless transition to S4HANA.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to address complex issues, troubleshoot system errors, and enhance performance during migration and upgrade activities.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants, imparting knowledge and best practices to strengthen the team's expertise in S4HANA migration and technical consulting.
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including both technical and non-technical audiences, to deliver regular updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP technical consulting, particularly in migration, upgrade, and conversion projects to S4HANA.
  • Extensive technical knowledge in SAP NetWeaver, ABAP, and SAP HANA, with practical experience in system architecture, data migration, and performance optimization.
  • Fluent in Spanish with proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying, evaluating, and resolving complex technical challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities, with a history of successfully delivering high-impact projects on schedule and within budget.
